Ever Grow Products

These Terms and Conditions apply to all sales, quotations, and supply of gardening tools, equipment, and related products supplied by Ever Grow Products. By placing an order with us, the customer agrees to these terms unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Ever Grow Products supplies a range of gardening tools, agricultural equipment, hydroponic systems, irrigation products, and related accessories. Product specifications, images, and descriptions are provided for general information and may vary slightly depending on the manufacturer or supplier.

All prices quoted by Ever Grow Products are subject to change without prior notice due to exchange rate fluctuations, shipping costs, or supplier price adjustments. Prices are valid only for the period specified on the quotation.

Orders will only be confirmed once written confirmation has been received from the customer and accepted by Ever Grow Products. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order.

Payment terms will be specified on the invoice or quotation. Unless otherwise agreed:

• Full payment may be required before delivery.
   
• Late payments may result in delays in delivery or cancellation of orders.
   

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on supplier availability, shipping schedules, and customs clearance. Ever Grow Products will not be held responsible for delays beyond our control.

Customers are required to inspect all goods upon delivery. Any damage, shortages, or incorrect items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

Returns or exchanges will only be accepted if:

• The product is defective or damaged upon delivery
   
• The product is unused and in original packaging
  Requests for returns must be made within 7 days of purchase.
   

Some products may carry a manufacturer’s warranty. Ever Grow Products will assist customers with warranty claims where applicable but is not responsible for manufacturer defects beyond the warranty terms.

Ever Grow Products shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or misuse of our products.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that products are used safely and according to manufacturer guidelines.

All content, product descriptions, branding, and images used by Ever Grow Products remain the intellectual property of the company and may not be copied or reproduced without permission.

Ever Grow Products reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the applicable laws of the country in which Ever Grow Products operates.
